Ripe plantain mashed with flour, onion and pepper, then fried in spoonfuls. Different from ojojo (water yam) and from dodo.

Ingredients
- 3 very ripe plantains
- ½ cup of flour
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 Atarodo, chopped
- Salt and a pinch of sugar
- Oil for frying
Method

Mash the plantain. Mix in flour, onion, pepper and salt to a thick batter.

Fry spoonfuls in medium-hot oil until browned on both sides. Drain and serve hot.
