Pawpaw (Papaya) and Lime Juice
Fresh Pawpaw and Lime Juice celebrates the extraordinary quality of Nigerian pawpaw (Carica papaya) — a fruit that grows abundantly across Nigeria and has a sweet, luscious, slightly musky flavour that is beautifully complemented by the sharp acidity of fresh lime. Nigerian pawpaws, particularly the large, deeply orange-fleshed varieties grown in South-West and South-East Nigeria, have a richness and sweetness that makes them among the finest pawpaws in the world.
