Igyo (Igogo)
Also known as Igyo / Igogo (Kogi Sesame Soup)
Listed as Igyo in Nigeria’s cultural food inventory. The cookable North-Central match is Igogo, the Kogi sesame-seed soup — toasted beniseed in a peppered meat stock, in the same family as Eka / ishwa. This card uses that household method so the name is not an empty entry.
